- Enquiry data: messages, drawings and photos you send through forms, e-mail or WhatsApp
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, usage logs
- Analytics data collected by cookies (see the Cookie Policy)
Why We Use It
To answer quotation and support requests, deliver orders and after-sales service, meet legal obligations (tax, accounting) and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and Transfers
Data is kept only as long as the purpose and statutory retention periods require. It may be shared with authorised dealers, logistics and IT service providers and competent authorities; analytics services (Google) may process limited data outside Türkiye.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, learn the third parties it was transferred to, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damage.
