PNS Series: Steel-Body CETOP Cylinder
PNS is our CETOP “normal series” pneumatic cylinder with a steel body. Steel resists impacts and harsh sites better than aluminium, so PNS suits dusty, impact-prone machines that need a long service life; bores Ø32–Ø100 mm.
Where Is PNS Used?
Foundry and metalworking lines, wood and stone machinery, recycling equipment — wherever dust, chips and impacts are present, the steel body of PNS makes the difference. On long strokes combine a pivot mounting with a rod eye to protect the rod from side load, and inspect the painted steel surface regularly in humid environments. Ordering example: a steel-body Ø63 mm × 300 mm cylinder is PNS, the two-position tandem PNSD and the double-rod version PNSC.
